The Spiral Suite offered cozy accommodation with fine mountain views. Accessing the hotel involves a steep climb.

Breakfast was sensational, fabulous views, stunning location not far from the promenade / centre of town.

The location turned out to be stunning and marvellous, close enough to Llandudno centre, a hill looking out towards sea and a very wide bay. Dined at Tops Chinese Restaurant, it was at a moderate distance from the venue. The breakfasts were gluten free and really tasty with stunning views and great coffee, as example and exceptional service.

Beautifully maintained hotel grounds enhanced our stay.

The steep climb to the B&B was quite challenging, and it made accessing the hotel a bit of a hassle. The limited parking situation proved to be more problematic than expected. I felt that the common areas were less engaging and didn't provide the community interaction I was hoping for.

The hosts were wonderfully accommodating, our every need was met. The room was beautifully decorated with a charming balcony view of the mountains, great to unwind and enjoy the scenery. Breakfast offered a wide selection, including freshly made local produce that was good to savor each morning.

The bathroom could use some modern updates.

Beautiful accommodation, peaceful atmosphere, with gorgeous views from the terrace and a very convenient location for exploring local attractions and fine walks.

The hosts created a warm and inviting atmosphere, sharing their local knowledge . The views from the hotel were nothing short of amazing. Breakfast featured toasted bread that was a good start to the day. The spiral staircase took some getting used to, and parking was limited, made arriving a bit tricky. The lack of a dressing table in the room was also a slight inconvenience, considering the size of the suite.

I have stayed in the king room with a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and a TV. the sea view from the window is marvelous.
